    Whoever wrote this story doesn’t have their facts straight. A division chief isn’t the commander of a district, a captain is. Better do some more research of the department before publishing inaccurate information.

      David Quinones testified in federal court that decisions concerning Occupy Denver (which had many instances of police brutality), fell on his shoulders with no one above him giving orders.
