The Booker Family and their attorney’s have just filed the lawsuit against the city and county of Denver for the homicide of Marvin Booker. Graciously we have received a copy of the complaint. I warn readers that the details are graphic, but it is by far to date, the most detailed explanation of the horrific events that occurred on the night of July 9, 2010.
